In this communication, we study the diamond grown films on silicon sub-strate by using HFCVD and MWCVD. A mixture of CH 4 /H 2 was used as the feed gas. WebIn addition, we provide prototype runs of thin films and coatings of metals, oxide coatings, transparent conductors, amorphous and nano-crystalline Si and SiC, crystalline AlN-GaN, and poly and nanodiamond and HFCVD Diamond coatings and device fabrications.
