Webb14 dec. 2015 · Phinny has 84 day unlocks, not years like P99 has. There will be less people making new characters after they max level and gear their main. For most, by the time they max out gear or level, a new expansion will be out to start the process all over again with new max level and gear to obtain rather than just starting new characters. WebbPeggy cloak is not difficult at all on p99. I know the spawn changed recently, but many parts are harder than this. I had to do about 18 kills of Phinny to get the water staff, for instance.

WebbEasiest and quickest way to do phin: Don't kill the seahorses. Get to the ledge and then aggro and pull all the horses to the far side away from the ledge. Phinny has the higher popcount by many times what p99 has. As far as players, I played on p99 for a couple of years solid and never really got the interaction I was used to during the original.
